All logged-in Tonton users can view and browse the Tonton Rewards page.

However, to claim any rewards, users must have an active TontonUp subscription that meets the specific eligibility criteria (plan-based or duration-based) applied to the selected reward.

You must be logged in to your Tonton account to access or claim rewards. This ensures your entitlement is validated and claims are properly tracked.

Certain rewards are restricted based on your current TontonUp plan (1-Month, 3-Months, or 12-Months), with a specific minimum remaining period required for each tier.

The most recent subscription closest to expiry will determine your plan-based eligibility.

You may subscribe in advance to a longer TontonUp plan to extend your entitlement and unlock additional rewards.

Some rewards are unlocked based on the total remaining active subscription days across all your stacked TontonUp plans, regardless of plan type.

Yes. If your most recent plan is of a lower tier (e.g., 1-Month after a 3-Months plan), your plan-based eligibility follows the lower plan.

However, you can still qualify for duration-based rewards, if your total active days meet the relevant thresholds.

Click the “Copy” icon beside the voucher code. This action marks the reward as “claimed” and the code will be stored in your “My Reward” history for future reference.

Visit the “My Reward” page within your Tonton account dashboard to view all redeemed rewards and voucher codes.

Yes. Each voucher is governed by the Terms & Conditions of the specific merchandiser. Please read them before redemption.

The validity period is defined by the respective merchandiser. Always refer to the Validity Period section stated in the reward’s T&C.

TontonUp subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, under exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at Tonton’s sole discretion. If a user has already claimed a reward, the corresponding subscription becomes strictly non-refundable, as the benefits tied to the entitlement have already been utilised.

Note: In-app purchases (Apple App Store and Google Play) are not supported for the TV Tuisyen service.
